About Anna
I’ve loved writing ever since I was a little girl. From penning newspapers for my teddy bears, to writing stories in notepads with novelty pens, and from tapping away on my first typewriter as a teen, to blogging in adulthood.
My former food blog, Word In Veg Ways, was award-nominated and I now write a lifestyle blog Notae de Vita, in which I write about middle-age life.
I’ve written articles on a variety of subjects for a wide range of magazines and newspapers, and have made guest appearances on many radio programmes.
In autumn 2025, I released my first fiction novel, 'It's Never Really Over', about five women and their interconnected life stories.
Since its release, it has received many 5 star reviews on Amazon and Goodreads, as well as receiving the top accolade of 5 Star Winner in the Open Book Awards! I can't wait for you to read it!

My Book
'It's Never Really Over' is my first novel, released in autumn 2025.
A plot summary is below, as well as link to where you can purchase it from.
I would love you to read it and get to know 'my girls' - Jane, Roni, Layla, Glenda and Kirsty who have a chapter each and tell you, the reader, their stories.
To find out more about how my novel went from initial conception to a published book, take a look at my Blog tab above.

What a journey these women had .
The characters feel believable enough that you can imagine meeting them in real life .
It is the kind of book you pick up meaning to read for ten minutes and suddenly it is midnight and you are still going.
I couldn’t wait to read what the next chapters would bring .
Was such a Captivating read from start to finish
Great story and cleverly written . I couldn’t put it down
